I love Golf.

I REALLY love it and If you want to play golf in NYC you have to WANT it.

It’s my pastime as well as a lifelong challenge I’m committed to battling every summer Saturday for the rest of my life. I started playing on a work trip back in 2008. I’d love to shoot 79 one day, but right now I’m working on bouncing back as fast as possible from the occasional bad shot (a.k.a. the round killer). Being able to regroup quickly is my primary goal this season.

Design and golf challenge me to find the perfect balance between technical skill and raw creative ingenuity. Knowing how to roll your hands over the right way and kerning typography correctly is only half of the equation. The other half is where the magic lies, it’s where there’s less thinking and more feeling. Chasing the perfect balance is what makes design and golf very very addicting.
